We sing every Sunday from 1-2:30p at my south Olympia home: 5235 Brassfield Dr SE Olympia WA 98501.

OSH is a free community offering. Donations are gratefully accepted, as well as flyer posting, and set up or clean up for special events. Thank you for unique contributions!

We share our singing with friends, family, and the wider community at seasonal sing alongs (The Sunday closest to the solstice/equinox). This is also an opportunity for sharing a song.

Singing with me is most importantly an invitation toward joy and release, and is always optional. Over the years, we've noticed a few extra special happenings and I'm recording some of those ideas here.

1. It's a magical experience when we all blend as one voice. One way to help create this moment is to sing to the center of the room. Our voices meet in the middle and swirl together into one group voice.

2. It can also be healing to simply focus on the vibrations of sound, both that you feel in your body from your own sound production and those around you, touching you from the voices of others. These vibrations often bring the pleasurable sensations of tingling, warmth, melting, etc. Feel free to share your singing experiences, either embodied, feelings, images, etc in our gatherings. We are all enriched by the insights and awareness we share.
